Our Team
Sam Kenny has been employed with Golden Hill since 2013. Over the years, he has worked in or supervised many of the facility's departments and has been the Assistant Administrator since 2019. He is a father of one, holds several degrees, and enjoys skiing, tennis, and dabbles in the violin. His commitment to the facility extends to all residents and staff and he is always happy to assist with any questions or concerns.
Sarah Marguglio is a registered nurse and the Director of Nursing here at Golden Hill. My specialty is the geriatric population and I'm dedicated to serving them and their families
Amy Bujak has been a nurse since 1985 and an RN since 2005. She started her career at Golden Hill and returned in 2018 as a Unit Manager. A Kingston native, she became the Assistant Director of Nursing in 2022. She is a mother of three girls, a lover of Overlook Mountain, and has always been passionate about caring for the ill and elderly of our community. She most looks forward to her continued service to those in need.
RN for over 25 years, always trying to improve quality care delivery services through advocacy, education, and motivation. Has an extensive background in Skilled Nursing Facilities, functioned in multiple roles as Supervisor, ADON, MDS Coordinator and DON.
Ann Avella came to Skilled Nursing about 8 years ago after many years as a Pediatric Physical Therapist. She love this population and she is very grateful for the support and opportunities she has received from her Golden Hill family!
Kristen holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University at Albany. She began working at a skilled nursing facility in 2006 as a social worker while attending Adelphi University. In 2010, she had the opportunity to join Admissions as the Assistant Director and found her niche. In 2021, she joined the team at Golden Hill and has found it to be a rewarding experience working directly with family members and potential admissions to ensure a smooth transition for rehab services or long-term care. Kristen resides in Hurley with her husband, Frankie, and their two children, Makenzie and Jake. In her free time, you will find Kristen at the ball field cheering on her children.
Helen Benson has been a Social Worker at Golden Hill for the past 10 years. Enjoys getting to know the residents, families and watching them flourish as they adjust to their new environment. On a personal note, I enjoy traveling, learning, experiencing new cultures, cooking, and nature.
Georgette Ehring is the MDS Director at Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Has been an RN in the geriatric field for 30 years. When I am not working, enjoys spending time with my precious family, reading a good book (my favorites are by Karen Kingsbury), taking long walks, playing piano, flute and guitar. The most rewarding time at work for me is when I can chat with our residents one on one and experience their beauty, tenderness, and wisdom. They truly bring me joy!
Donna has been employed at Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center since 2013 and has worked in the Health Information Management field for over 25 years. She enjoys helping residents, families and staff with their information needs.
Erin Chappelle has been with Golden Hill since February of 2014. She started as our receptionist and is now our Business Office Manager. Loves coming to work every day and seeing her residents and coworkers. In her free time, enjoys spending time with her family and her pets.
Brittany has been employed with Golden Hill since March of 2024, but has been an employee with Infinite Care since January 2022. Brittany has a decade of HR experience and knowledge. It is a goal of hers to keep the employees happy and smiling always!
Margie Westley has been nurse for 36 years. Last 32 as an RN. I have worked over the expansion of the nursing field from Intensive Care to Long term care. I am currently the Staff Educator at Golden Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation. I live with my husband and black Labrador Finlee. I spend my free time traveling to see my son and grandchildren or with my aging Mom
Jason Wilcox is the food service director here at Golden Hill. He spent the last 20 years working in varying areas of the food service industry here in the Hudson Valley. Here at Golden Hill my team and I strive to create the best, nutritious food we can!
Christopher Cahill was born and raised in Ulster County. Has over 20 years’ experience working in the Recreation field. With a degree in Physical Education, I strongly encourage all of our Residents to stay active and healthy. I have been at Golden Hill for 1 year and love my Golden Hill family!
Roxana Monterrosa is an experienced housekeeper who has been in the business for over 18 years. Hardworking and dedicated individual who is committed to ensuring excellent customer service, very organized, efficient and detail-oriented. Always put the needs of the clients or patients ahead of her own. And is very happy to belong to the Golden Hill family.
